Terms and Conditions

Reservation Procedure:

• to book an apartment you've selected you have to send your request to Glamour Apartments
• as soon as possible we will check the availability of the apartment and send you all the necessary documents for your reservation
• to confirm your reservation, you have to send us back the filled forms within the next 48 hours along with the payment of
• within next two days you will receive the lease agreement signed by the owner, you will have to sign it and to send us back as well as 50% of the rental price in advance
• the rest of the rent amount has to be paid upon your arrival



Payment

We accept:
• money transfers
• cash

Security Deposit

The amount of the security deposit mentioned in the agreement has to be paid upon your arrival and it will be returned on the day of your departure if there are no damages in the apartment.

Your Arrival
In order to provide you with the best service, we would like to ask you to inform us about the time of your arrival in advance. One of the agents of Jakarta City Center Apartments company will welcome you in the apartment and answer all your questions.

Your Departure
In order to walk us through the procedure we would like to ask you to come in contact with us 3 days in advance.
